Led migrations from VM-based apps to Kubernetes, designed cutover/rollback plans and containerized services with Helm for repeatable releases. Implemented GitOps with ArgoCD (app structure, promotion flows, policies) to keep deployments auditable and hands-off. Built end-to-end observability (metrics/logs/traces), dashboards, alerts and runbooks to shorten MTTR and improve SLO tracking. Championed OSS tooling and IoT/edge integrations for lightweight edge workloads and centralized fleet management.
Architected multi-cluster Kubernetes platforms, standardized GitOps with Helm and AppProjects, designed secrets and identity (Vault + Keycloak), built observability stacks and hardened security.
